Dear guests! We do everything we can to make your vacation enjoyable and smooth. Therefore, we kindly ask you to take note of and comply with the following.

general rules

1. Check-in, Check-out

   Occupancy of the accommodation is possible from 2:00 p.m. on the first day indicated on the application form, and departure must take place by 10:00 a.m. on the last day indicated on the application form.

   Upon registration, guests receive a room, house and garage key, which requires accurate filling in of the registration form. In case of loss of the key fob, we charge a compensation amount (HUF 10,000) upon departure.

   When leaving, the occupied house must reflect the state of arrival, i.e. it must be clean and undamaged: - Please remove the bed linen and leave it together with the towels in a pile under the stairs. - Please put the clean plates, glasses, etc. back in their places from the dishwasher.

2. Visitors

   After 10:00 p.m., only registered guests are allowed to stay at the hotel. A child under the age of 14 can only stay in the guest house (or garage) under the continuous supervision of a parent or other competent person authorized by him. The child's attendants are responsible for the safety of the child and for any damage caused by the child. Guests under the age of 14 may use the services of our guest houses only when accompanied by a parent or other competent person entrusted by them.

3. Smoking

   The guesthouse is non-smoking! According to this, smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes are prohibited in closed rooms (including the shower) and communal areas of the house. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas (terrace, yard). It is forbidden to throw cigarette butts on the ground!

4. Animals

   No pets are allowed in the house.

5. Grilling, grilling in the garden

   After grilling, please put out the embers!

   We do not provide the wood and charcoal needed for baking, everyone has to buy it themselves. Please clean up the grill and its surroundings after use.

6. Use of a wine cooler

   Please always press the door of the wine cooler firmly, make sure that the door is really closed properly. This is also indicated by the temperature: 11 and 14 degrees are ideal.

   The use of the wine cooler works on the principle of an honor fund, HUF 2,000/bottle.

7. The tranquility of the neighbors and the village

   For the peace of the neighbors and the village, it is forbidden to make loud noises, play music, make noise, create sound effects, watch television, radio, etc.

8. The values of the guest house

   The guest is obliged to use the tools and equipment of the guest house as intended. During the vacation, report any damage to the house to the owner and/or manager of the house immediately. The guest is responsible for the damage caused, which he is obliged to reimburse to the owner of the house. The guest is obliged to compensate the damage resulting from improper use at the request of the operator, but at the latest before departure. Taking any belongings of the guest house without the operator's prior written permission is considered a crime, and in this case the operator will take the necessary criminal and civil legal steps. The guest is obliged to notify the operator of the failure of any device, equipment, or equipment of the guest house. The guest is not entitled to correct the error himself or to attempt to correct it. The operator excludes liability for resulting damages.

9. WiFi

   The guest house has a Wi-Fi system, the use of which is free of charge. The guest receives the Wi-Fi connection password upon check-in, at the same time as receiving the keys. The operator does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted operation and availability of Wifi. The operator is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused to the guest's device or its contents during or as a result of the use of Wifi. The guest uses the service at his own risk and responsibility.

10. The hotel's liability for damages

    The operator is not responsible for any damage caused to the guest's belongings brought into the guest house. The guest uses and uses the guest house's equipment and other services as intended, with awareness and knowledge of his own health, physical and mental state, and therefore assumes responsibility for damages resulting from use or use that is not intended or in accordance with the actual health, physical and mental state of the guest. excluded by the operator.

11. Error report

    We ask our guests to report any malfunctions experienced in the guest houses to the operator immediately.

12. Harm

    The operator will reimburse the person who caused the damage caused by negligence or on purpose.
