When can the house be occupied?

The house can be occupied from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. We can offer the possibility of early arrival depending on availability.

How long do you have to leave the house?

You can stay until 10 a.m. on the day of departure, we can provide the option for late departure depending on availability.

How can we pay?

By bank card, bank transfer, K&H, MKB SZÉP card or in cash on site.

How can I pay the advance payment and within what deadline?

The deposit can be paid by bank transfer within 3 working days of the reservation.

Can I smoke?

Smoking is FORBIDDEN in the house! There is, of course, the possibility of smoking outside the house, which we ask you to do with the utmost care.

Can pets be brought into the house?

We do not accept pets of any kind.

Is there free wifi?

Yes, there is fast, free Wi-Fi throughout the house.

is there breakfast

There isn't. The house has a self-catering, fully equipped kitchen. There is a toaster, kettle, raclette oven, fondue set, electric oven and hotplate, 2 refrigerators with freezer compartment, wine cooler and tableware for 16 people. We have a Szarvasi coffee maker for 2-6 people and a coffee maker with a knocker. All supplies for washing dishes and a dishwasher are also provided.

Is there parking available?

You can park in the yard (3 cars) or on the street.

Do I need to bring towels and bed linen as this is an Apartment house?

Towels and bed linen are also available.

Do you have a bicycle?

We provide two bicycles free of charge, if additional bicycles or child seats are needed, e.g. you can rent it at the nearby rental company (Caravan bike - Madách u.).

Are there irons and hair dryers?

There is also a hairdryer and an iron in the house.

Is there a TV in the house?

Yes, LG Smart TV, with Netflix, USB input, (you can bring movies on your own external storage), DVD player, Kinect X-box 360. There are also some video games, DVDs, plenty of books and board games, and other games are also available in case of bad weather.

Is it possible to book a guest house in winter, is there heating?

Yes, the guest house can be booked all year round, the house is also heated.

Is there a fire place in the garden, is it possible to grill in the garden?

Yes, there is a barbecue. It is only allowed to set fire in the designated place in compliance with the current fire protection rules! After use, do not leave open flames or embers unattended.
