Budbreak festival and excursions

If you want to enjoy the first spring sunshine not only on the beach, it is worth a trip to the area:

• The renovated Festetics Lookout is only 2.1 km away from the accommodation.

• Based on the level of difficulty, several hiking trails start from Nagymező to roam the more beautiful places of the Keszthely Mountains. (eg Berzsenyi lookout tower, Vadlánlik, etc.)

• Every year, in the middle / end of April, the Budbreak open-air family festival is held at Lake Balaton: a cooking competition on the open fire, the cuisine of old times, lots of gmaes, excursions, horseback riding and archery demonstrations, rolling pin throwing and mill stone-throwing competition, music.
